Custom-Made Apparel

We offer different levels of custom made apparel, with choices to fit your budget and specific requirements:

Semi-Custom Apparel: We use an existing silhouette and modify it according to your needs with special color-ways, buttons, trims and labeling.  Generally, minimums start at 1,500 pieces for overseas production and the lead time is approximately 120 days. We also have North American factories with whom we work that can produce quantities as small as 72 pieces. The turn time is usually under 4 weeks. 

Completely Custom Apparel: With this option you can choose exact color matches, fabric, style, size range, special trims and decorating techniques not available on smaller runs. Minimums usually start at 500 pieces for headwear and 5,000 pieces for apparel. The lead time is generally 120 – 150 days.

Proofs are standard on all custom projects, including headwear.
